Besides storing the workbooks on BI Platform, we of course want to use the OLAP connection on the BI Platform to connect to BW, instead of using the direct &#8211; locally defined &#8211; connection from AfO to BW.<\/p>\n<p>AfO has a nice feature to quickly swap source systems, but it is a bit hidden. We are using Analysis for Office 2.3 by the way.<\/p>\n<p>1. Open the workbook you want to migrate. Make sure your workbook is not connected to the BW system. Display the <strong>Design Panel<\/strong>, go to the <strong>Components<\/strong> tab and select your workbook. Right-click to <strong>Log Off<\/strong>.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hackingsap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/afo_switch_1.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3110\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3110 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hackingsap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/afo_switch_1.png\" alt=\"afo_switch_1\" width=\"354\" height=\"458\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hackingsap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/afo_switch_1.png 354w, https:\/\/www.hackingsap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/afo_switch_1-70x90.png 70w, https:\/\/www.hackingsap.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/afo_switch_1-232x300.png 232w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 354px) 100vw, 354px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->2. Now right-click\u00a0the workbook again. Initially this only shows the SAP systems that are defined in your SAP Logon. Now the OLAP connections from the BI Platform are also selectable.
