    Hi Xavier.

    First at all, great blog.

I have a question regarding the upgrade process.
I am a newbie on Xcelsius.

Just imagine I have several xlf files saved locally and I have xcelsius version 5.3.3.0.

If I upgrade to v5.4.0.0, Will I lose any of my xlf local files?

    Thanks in advance.
    Francis.

      Hi Francis,

      Thanks.
Upgrading Xcelsius to a newer version shouldn’t give you any problems. You can use your ‘old’ xlf files. But, make sure you ALWAYS backup your xlf files. Just in case. 🙂

Opening xlf files only gives problems if you want to open a xlf file that is created in a more recent version Xcelsius than the version of Xcelsius you are running.

      Cheers,
      Xavier
